Charlene was born in Sharon Kansas on July 29th to Hannah and Jack Stuart. As a child she was always finding a way to get into trouble. She loved to talk and is very smart. Her parents were both muggles. Her father a politician and her mother was a elementary school teacher. When she was 8 they had to move to London, England and that's when things started to get weird as in showing signs of becoming a wizard. When she was 11 she got her acceptance letter for Hogwarts. Her parents were terrified but let her go anyway. She was sorted into Ravenclaw and was one of the smartest girls. She was very good in astronomy and her favorite subject was DADA. She never really got into trouble except for talking. She would always talk. She was very social and did have lots of friends.
