Pick any canon character you like that is available from the Harry Potter line up or create your own custom
1. Have Fun
2. No 'GOD' modding. examples:
** No auto-hitting. Please let the other person respond to a hit so they can counter or be hit, keep to your character only
** If you do want to kill off your character, by murder or suicide, advise admin's before (should be OK).
**If you want to kill an another players character please ask the respectful owner for permission.
3. No perfect characters or as they say 'Mary Sues'. This means you can't have a character that counters every move etc.
5. Try to use correct spelling and no abbreviation's, full words only. Using a spell check software is always helpful.
6. At the moment, character limit is set at 3.
Please try and use all of your characters frequently, forgotten canon characters will be removed and placed back as available. Custom characters will simply be removed as you will see in number 7.
7. Any characters not being used inside of a 20 day time period will be removed, canon characters will be set back to available for others to use, custom's will simply be deleted.
8. Be respectful to other members and the staff.
9. The staff's decision is the FINAL decision. We are pretty lenient on what happens on the board... Your RP your Rules unless you break one listed here.
10. ALL character profile must be approved before you start using the character, regardless of whether they are canon or custom.
11. Signature pictures shouldn't be bigger then 600 x 200. Because some do exaggerate and it take up so much space. If not you will be advised to change it.
12. Feel free to be the leader of an unused team and recruit other players to join. Leader's of teams don't necessarily have to be the same ones from the books or movies
14. Please do not PM members with information about your own custom site as it does get annoying, if you do you will receive a warning and then if you persist we will eventually ban you. If however you wish your site to be advertised please post in the appropriate section
15.We the staff are not responsible for mature or adult comments made within other characters post's, if your post does contain heavy sexual content please Post an R in the thread title warning members that there is adult content within. It is not hard to go back and modify the original title so please do so. This is to help shield our younger members.
16. The code word must be placed in your Character application to show you have read and understood the rules of the site, currently it is: Amber but it is subject to change so please check the rules for updates regularly
17. If a thread has been going on for some time-2 pages or more, please pm the members involved in the thread before joining out of common courtesy. If however you have posted a link to the thread in Events it will be open automatically to all those wishing to counter said event
