Aimi sat in her parents library reading a few books that would help her studies, she'd not long sent the letter to Professor Brant and hoped the woman understood more clearly why she'd left hogwarts now after reading it. She was bored and although she would never let on somewhat missed the environment of Hogwarts, something she was sure she'd never see again if her parents had their way, they were determined and had been speaking with the board of Governors about Higg's indecent proposol. The thought of the truth brought a slight smirk to Aimi's lips, thankfully no one would ever know the truth.

Aimi put down the book she was reading and approached the house elf with a small smirk upon her lips "Your master would not dare, and you can tell him from me that i will return when i please not when he commands it" she said curtly looking at the elf with every hint of disgust she could

"sepantis" sol wispered in to the ball. it glowed green and floated out of sols hand and flew to the snake were it hovered for a moment before moving to the snake and started to push its way in to one of teh animals eyes. with a burning smell it started to push its self in to the snake eye.

Aimi watched until it began to harm her snake at which point she raised her own wand and pointed at the snake who was now in pain and muttered a spell to end whatever the elf had cast upon it. "You will leave my home now and if you or your master wish to use magic upon my pet again i will make you pay for it, i do not submit to threats, and i will not submit to his..by all means kill my family but it will not make me do his bidding"

Aimi Traverhing will return or she will suffer more pain and loss than. her relitives have done. The snake hissed in pain again. Master uses more powerfull magic than Aimi Traverhing can ever understand. Aimi Traverhing snake will suffer for Aimi Traverhing disobedance. if you do not return the next speel master cast on snake will kill it."

Aimi stood there not bothered by her mother's screams, in order to gain power one had to make sacrifices "well your master should learn to know people better before he threatens them with things they care not about....Now leave i have other matters to attend to in private" she said coldly the indifference about her parents suffering showing in both the tone of her voice and her stance

Aimi moved back over to her chair and picked up her book and began to read it again, waiting for the aurors to arrive, she knew they would not be able to blame her parents deaths upon her so wasn't concerned in the slightest.

two aurous bust in to the house. sol keeped his distance and watched. the two worked for his master so they would do as they were told. the move dthrew the house wonds out till they reached the bed room. what aimi had failed to notice was that sol had taken thedead snake with him.
One of the aurors spoke. "hand over your wond."

Aimi did as she was told and handed the Auror's her wand confident that they would not be able to take her away, yes she had performed the killing curse but upon examini her parents they would find it was not her wand that had killed them but that of an imposters. Something she could explain away easily that and well why would she still have sat there if she had killed them?
